Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Fermented Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the cottage cheese with the eggs, add half of the sour milk mixture. Add salt, sugar, and gradually mix in the flour.

Step 2

In the remaining milk, add the baking soda and mix well. Combine it with the cottage cheese mixture. Whisk everything thoroughly. The mixture should have the consistency of thick sour cream.

Step 3

Next, prepare the filling to your taste. The filling can be anything: mushrooms, liver, cabbage, jam, cottage cheese, chicken, all should be cooked.

Step 4

In a well-heated skillet, pour in a portion of the batter, reduce the heat, and cover with a lid. As soon as you notice that the bottom of the pancake is browning, carefully place the filling (closer to the center) and fold the pancake in half with the help of a spatula.

Step 5

The batter is pliable and easily folds. Cover the skillet with a lid for 1 minute, then flip the pancake and cover again.
