Description

- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - ⅓ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Place a greased baking tray inside; it should be hot. Prepare the sponge cake batter. To do this, beat the eggs with the sugar, gradually add the sifted flour, dry milk, salt, and baking soda.
Step 2
Pour the batter onto the baking tray and bake for exactly 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, immediately spread with any jam or preserves, and roll it up while it's hot. Allow to cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
