Ingredients
- White bread - 1 piece
- Cream - ½ cup
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut off the top crust of the loaf, remove the crumb so that a layer of bread remains about 2 fingers thick. Pour half of the removed crumb with cream and tomato sauce.
Step 2
Finely chop the bacon, fry it, add the chopped mushrooms, onion, ground meat, and fry everything together.
Step 3
Mix the soaked bread with the fried ingredients, add the egg, salt, pepper, and finely chopped herbs. Combine the mixture, fill the loaf, place it on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted oil, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the bread, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven to bake until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Serve the stuffed bread hot. Accompany with slices of cucumber, tomato, and sweet pepper.
