Ingredients
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 24.7 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm the milk slightly, add the yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the mixture. Stir and place in a warm place for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.
Step 3
The sponge should rise well.
Step 4
In a bowl where the dough will be kneaded, mix the warm kefir, 2 eggs, and oil.
Step 5
Pour in the sponge, add salt, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Sift the flour through a sieve.
Step 7
Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Step 8
The finished dough should not stick to your hands (add more flour if necessary). Place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 10–13 balls.

Roll each ball into an oval shape.
Step 11
Sprinkle 10–15 grams of sugar on the surface of the dough.
Step 12
Roll it into a tube.
Step 13
Join and pinch the ends of the tube.
Step 14
Make a cut along the tube with a sharp knife, up to the middle.
Step 15
Turn the dough inside out to form a heart shape.
Step 16
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the buns with a little space between them and brush with egg yolk. Put in a preheated oven at 374°F.
Step 17
Bake for 20–25 minutes until a golden crust forms.
