Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4 cups
- Chicken Eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 7 tablespoons
- Fresh Yeast - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Milk - 1 cup
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the yeast into pieces and sprinkle with sugar (4 tablespoons). After a while, the yeast will dissolve and become liquid.
Step 2
Add eggs (3 pieces), a pinch of salt, melted butter, milk, and mix everything thoroughly with the yeast and sugar.
Step 3
Then add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 4
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours. After this time, the dough needs to be punched down to rise again (about 15-20 minutes).
Step 5
Roll out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut out circles using a cup.
Step 6
Take a circle and place it in your palm, forming a pouch. Add a quarter teaspoon of vegetable oil and the same amount of sugar into the pouch. Then bring the ends of the pouch together.
Step 7
Turn the pouch inside out, make a tear in it with your fingers, and turn it out so that the edges remain.
Step 8
Place the buns on a baking sheet (previously greased with butter or lined with parchment paper) and brush the edges with egg yolk.
Step 9
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Step 10
Bake the buns for 15 minutes.
