- Ladyfinger Cookies - 10.6 oz
- Strawberry - 17.6 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks. Leave the egg whites in a separate bowl — we will need them later.
Step 2
Add powdered sugar to the egg yolks and mix until smooth. It should turn pale.
Step 3
Add one container (I bought containers of 250 grams) of mascarpone at a time, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Now, let's move on to the egg whites. Whip them with a mixer until they form a dense, airy mass. I understood the consistency when I imagined meringue. Add to the cream and mix — the cream will become a bit runny.
Step 5
In a blender, mix the strawberries with a little powdered sugar — to taste.
Step 6
At the bottom of the dish where we are making the treat, place a layer of cream. Dip the cookies in the strawberry syrup and arrange them. From the specified amount, I got 2 layers.
Step 7
Finish the composition with a layer of cream and sliced fresh strawberries.
