Description
You can use any other fruit or berries instead of mango, in an amount of 1.5–2 cups. Experiment!
Ingredients
- Mango - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 piece
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Agar-Agar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and blend it with a quarter cup of water until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved. If you prefer to have some fruit texture in the finished dessert, stop blending when there are still small pieces. Transfer the puree to a deep bowl.
Step 2
Peel the banana and blend it separately into a cream. Add it to the mango and mix well.
Step 3
Dissolve the agar-agar in the remaining water, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly until all granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and quickly pour into the fruit puree, stirring thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the prepared mixture into molds of any size and shape and refrigerate until serving.
Step 5
Before serving, garnish with pieces of mango.
