Super Toast with Avocado

Ingredients

  • Avocado - 2 pieces
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
  • Rye Bread - 2 pieces
  • Quail Egg - 4 pieces
  • Radish - 1 piece
  • Black sesame seeds - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the quail eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

Peel one avocado and blend it with sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step 3

Toast the bread in a dry skillet or in a toaster.

Step 4

Spread guacamole on the toasts, peel and pit the second avocado, and slice it very thinly. Roll the slices into rose shapes and place them on the toasts. Garnish with quail eggs, thin slices of radish, and sesame seeds.
