  • Heavy cream - 3.5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz

Preheat the oven to 347°F.

Finely chop the almonds.

Step 3

Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the sifted flour, milk, cream, cheese, and almonds. Stir everything together.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a mold. Bake for 1 hour, serve warm with whipped cream or jam.
