- Avocado - ½ pieces
- Mango - 0,3 pieces
- Bananas - 0,3 pieces
- Honey - ½ spoons
- Salt - 0 oz
- Strawberry - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half.
Step 2
Remove the pit and skin.
Step 3
Place the avocado in the blender bowl. Add one third of a banana to it.
Step 4
Cut the ripe mango along the pit.
Step 5
Peel the cut portion of the mango and place the flesh in the same blender.
Step 6
Add honey or date syrup to the fruits.
Step 7
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 8
Blend with a blender.
Step 9
Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
Step 10
Fold in the strawberries into the prepared dessert.
Step 11
Garnish the dessert with mint leaves. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 12
Serve with corn chips. However, it can also be enjoyed on its own — using a teaspoon.
