Description
Preheat the oven in advance and before placing the buns in the oven, let them 'rise' for 5–7 minutes on the baking sheet.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6 cups
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 2.8 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Safflower Oil - 3 teaspoons
- Nutella® - 6.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the milk and add the eggs, vanillin, salt, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 2
Place on the heat and gently (!) warm it up (not too much, otherwise the eggs will cook).
Step 3
Add the yeast, mix until smooth, and then gradually add the flour. Knead the dough (the longer you knead, the fluffier it will be). Place it in the refrigerator for about 25–30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove and divide into 2 parts. Roll it out so that the thickness of the dough is a maximum of 2 mm. Brush the dough with sunflower oil and sprinkle sugar over the entire surface (you can also use cinnamon or chocolate spread 'Nutella').
Step 5
Take the dough from one edge and carefully roll it into a log. Cut this log into pieces with a sharp knife, then slightly flatten them on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20–30 minutes on parchment paper.
