Ingredients
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Safflower Oil - 6 teaspoons
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Ghee - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg into the warm milk, add sugar and salt, and whisk thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the oil and yeast. Mix well. Finally, gradually add the flour. Knead until you have a soft dough.
Step 3
Divide the dough into pieces about the size of a small tangerine. Roll each piece into a rectangle, brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar, and roll it up.
Step 4
Join the ends together, make a partial cut, and then turn it inside out. You will get a bun.
Step 5
Place the pastries on a baking sheet and set them in a warm place to allow them to rise. Bake at 392°F for 20–25 minutes.
