Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Jam - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the can of condensed milk and 2 eggs into a bowl.
Step 2
Whisk everything well.
Step 3
Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Sift in 1 cup of flour and whisk again thoroughly.
Step 5
Place greased parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the batter on it.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at a low temperature.
Step 7
Spread the finished cake with jam or preserves and carefully roll it up.
Step 8
Once it cools, dust with powdered sugar.
