Description
It tastes just as good without vanilla. Be sure to stir constantly, otherwise lumps will form. You can also add honey or another filling (in small amounts) for flavor. Use the sauce with homemade baked goods made from boiled dough, donuts, or pancakes.

- Milk - 24 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat 480 ml of milk and add sugar.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and egg yolks with the remaining milk (240 ml), then pour in the hot milk (the remainder) until the mixture is warm, and pour it into the prepared milk with sugar, constantly whisking. Heat the sauce over low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens slightly.
Step 3
Remove from heat, add a piece of butter and vanilla sugar to the sauce.
