  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - 1 teaspoon
  • New Potatoes - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds using a mandoline slicer and transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Add lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt. Marinate for 1-2 hours, then pat dry with a towel.

Step 3

Sprinkle the sweet potatoes with mesquite powder and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer the sweet potatoes to a dehydrator set at 50°C (122°F) for 6-12 hours until crispy, flipping once.
