  • Potato - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
  • Curry - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - ½ spoons
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Scallions - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the sweet potato using a coarse grater.
