Ingredients
- Pancakes - 8 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve (or mash it with a blender), add the sour cream and sugar, and mix well.
Step 2
Peel the kiwi and bananas, and cut them into small pieces (you can use any fruits you like: strawberries, pineapple, pears, etc.).
Step 3
Place a strip of the cottage cheese mixture about 1/3 from the edge of the pancake. Next to it, place the fruits and roll the pancake tightly into a roll. Do the same with the remaining pancakes and filling, then refrigerate them for 1 hour.
Step 4
Before serving, cut the rolls into equal small pieces, place them on a plate, and serve. If desired, you can sprinkle with chocolate shavings or drizzle with topping.
