- Erythritol - ½ teaspoon
- Coconut flakes - 1.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. The butter should be at room temperature.

In a deep bowl, crack the egg, add the butter, and season with salt.

Add a pinch of erythritol.

Mix well.

Add the coconut flour.

Then add the baking powder.

Knead the dough.
