- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
- Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and cocoa powder. Whisk the eggs with sugar until light lemon color. Mix with flour and cocoa.
Step 2
Roll out a rectangular layer, grease with butter, and sprinkle with flour. Bake at 392°F for 12–15 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the layer to a baking paper dusted with powdered sugar and cover with a damp cloth. Remove the cloth and roll the cake with the paper. Cover with the cloth again and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully unroll the cake and spread whipped cream with sugar. Roll it back up. Slice and chill before serving.
