Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
- Condensed Milk - 12.3 oz
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Mandarin Puree - 12.3 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Shortbread Cookies - 4.2 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Mandarins - 8.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the cheese base. Soak the gelatin in water for 2 minutes.
Step 10
In a small bowl or cup, press the shortbread mixture down firmly.

Pour the cheese base over the crust.
Step 12
Refrigerate the cheesecake for 3 hours.
Step 13
After 3 hours, remove the set cheesecake from the refrigerator and top with the tangerine jam.

Optionally, garnish with fresh berries and serve.

Place the cream cheese, 250 grams of tangerine puree, and condensed milk in a metal bowl and set it over a water bath.

Whisking continuously, bring the mixture to a smooth consistency.

Add the gelatin to the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat; the base is ready.
Step 5
Next, prepare the crust. Melt the butter in the microwave or over a water bath.
Step 6
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and mix with the butter. The shortbread crust is ready.
Step 7
Now, prepare the jam. In a saucepan, combine 100 grams of tangerine puree, sugar, and tangerine segments.
Step 8
Place on the stove and simmer over low heat until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
Step 9
Remove from heat and let cool.
