Description

- Tapioca - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Coconut Milk - 20 fl oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the tapioca in coconut milk for about half an hour.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, whisk the egg yolks (separated from the whites), salt, and sugar until fluffy.
Step 3
Place the tapioca with coconut milk over low heat, extract the seeds from the vanilla pod, and add them to the saucepan with the milk and tapioca. Cook over low heat for about twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Stir the beaten eggs into the tapioca with coconut milk. Now, you need to mix continuously for three minutes over the lowest heat. Then add the bananas, mix well, pour into molds, and chill.
