Description

You can use any fruits. It's better to choose slightly tart apples. Best served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Donut Peaches - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the fruits, cut them into wedges, and caramelize them in a pan with butter and 100 grams of sugar for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

For the dough, mix sugar, flour, sour cream, eggs, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the apples to the dish, pour the dough over the top, and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
