Description
The dough can be divided into 4 parts to make individual pies.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Puff Pastry - 13.2 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Goat cheese - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Cut the dough around the perimeter, about 2 cm from the edge, but not all the way through, just on the top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a skillet and fry the finely chopped bacon for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms cut into large pieces for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Step 4
Remove the inner raised layer of the dough, leaving the edges. Mix the mushrooms with the bacon and place the filling on the dough. Return to the oven for another 3 minutes to heat the filling.
Step 5
Pour the milk into the skillet, season with pepper, and add the cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
Step 6
Drizzle the sauce over the tart and serve.
