- Dark rum - 0 fl oz

- Salt - 0 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 0 oz
- Banana puree - 3.5 oz
- Almond - 2.3 oz
- Sugar - 1.6 oz
- Baileys Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Almond - 7.4 oz
- Starch film - 0.7 oz
- Whole egg - 1.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Creamy frosting - 7.4 oz
- Fresh Berries - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the cinnamon linzer dough. Beat the butter with powdered sugar. Boil the yolks, then blend them. Add all remaining ingredients to the whipped butter. Bake at 338°F for 7–10 minutes.
Step 2
Almond cream. Mix all ingredients except for the pastry cream. Then add the pastry cream.
Step 3
Blackberry flan. Combine all ingredients (including almond cream) and blend, adding the blackberry liqueur at the end.
Step 4
Pour the resulting blackberry flan into the baked tartlets and bake again at 302°F for 7–10 minutes. Let cool.
Step 5
Decorate with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Dust with powdered sugar.
