Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 21.2 oz
- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 lbs
- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix room temperature margarine with flour, a pinch of salt, and sour cream, then knead the dough.
Step 2
Finely slice the onion, blanch it with boiling water, and then drain.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 4
Mix the onions with the finely chopped eggs and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out into thin layers. Place one layer on a baking sheet, evenly distribute the filling on top, and cover with the other layer of dough. Pinch the edges together, make several holes with a fork, and brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 428°F until a golden crust forms.
