Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Sugar - 1½ tablespoons
- Milk - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with the butter. Then add the sugar, take a knife and chop the dough, adding the milk gradually. Knead a soft dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm. Use a round cutter to cut out several cookies and place them on a baking sheet greased with butter or margarine. After cutting out as many cookies as possible, roll out the dough again to make more cookies.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes. Cool before serving, but they are best enjoyed warm. They can be frozen for up to a month.
