Description
You can also add sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar, and walnuts along with the cookies.
Ingredients
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- "Jubilee Cookies" - 21.2 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 spoons
- Milk - ½ glasses
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crumble the cookies by hand or using a rolling pin (placing the cookies in a bag first).
Step 2
Mix the cocoa with sugar.
Step 3
Cut the butter into pieces and melt it in a small saucepan, then add the milk and stir in the cocoa powder with sugar.
Step 4
Place on the stove and heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved (but do not bring to a boil!). Remove from heat and mix with crushed cookies until a thick consistency is achieved.
Step 5
Roll the mixture into sausage shapes, wrap them in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 6 hours. Slice them like sausage.
