Ingredients
- Green Apples - 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Semolina - 1 cup
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In one bowl, mix the flour, semolina, sugar, and baking soda.
Step 2
Grate the apples on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with a small amount of butter.
Step 4
Divide the dry mixture into two parts. Use one part to evenly cover the bottom and distribute the grated apples on top. Then sprinkle with the remaining dry mixture. Grate the frozen butter on top using a coarse grater.
Step 5
Bake at medium temperature for 30–40 minutes, until the pie is golden brown.
