Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.7 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Add the sifted flour. Add the vanillin and baking powder.
Step 2
Peel the apples (remove the core and skin). Slice thinly.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of a springform pan with butter, sprinkle a little sugar on top.
Step 4
Arrange the apples on the bottom of the pan, then spread the batter on top.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–35 minutes.
