Tender Apricot Strudel
Ingredients
- Vanilla salt - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Canned Peaches - 12.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Pudding - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, 75 ml of water, salt, and olive oil. Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough.
Step 2
Mix the cream pudding, mascarpone, sour cream, regular and vanilla sugar, and eggs.
Step 3
Chop the apricots. Place the filling and roll up the strudel. Tuck in the edges, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with butter and bake for 40 minutes at 347°F.
Step 4
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
