Description
You can leave the second half of the batter uncolored with cocoa to make the cake white on the inside. Alternatively, you can make a double batch of the batter.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1¼ glasses
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- 20% Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - ¾ glasses
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a glass, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and pour in 1/2 cup of hot water. Mix it with flour, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter in a bowl. Combine all the ingredients well.
Step 2
Divide the dough into two parts, and add cocoa to the second part.
Step 3
Bake the layers in the oven at 374°F for 20–25 minutes until cooked through. Once hot, cut the layers in half.
Step 4
Whip the sour cream and sugar, then soak the cake layers with the cream.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
Step 6
Let it sit at room temperature so the cake can absorb the flavors. Optionally, you can refrigerate it for a few hours.
