Tender Chicken and Mushroom Pie

Ingredients

  • 20% Sour Cream - 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 8.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream, then add the eggs. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix everything together.

Step 2

Sauté the onion in a hot skillet, then add the chopped mushrooms. Sauté a bit and transfer to another dish. In the same oil, lightly fry the chopped chicken pieces (you can use breast or thigh fillet).

Step 3

Grease the pie dish with oil and lightly dust with flour. Pour half of the batter into the dish, then layer the chicken pieces, followed by the mushrooms and onions, and finish with another layer of the remaining batter.

Step 4

Grate a generous layer of cheese on top.

Step 5

Place this delicious pie in a preheated oven at 356°F and let it rise for 30–40 minutes.
