  • Cottage cheese - 26.5 oz
  • Semolina - 4 spoons
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 4 spoons
  • Vanillin - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with the sugar (a mixer can be used).

Step 2

Add milk and vanilla to the mixture and stir thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.

Step 4

Add semolina to the cottage cheese along with the mixture of eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Step 5

You can optionally add fruits or berries.

Step 6

Mix everything thoroughly until the cottage cheese lumps disappear.

Step 7

To achieve a smooth mixture, you can use a blender; this will make the casserole even fluffier and more delicate.

Step 8

Grease a preheated baking dish with butter and pour the cottage cheese mixture into it.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 392°F for 40-45 minutes.

Step 10

Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven and allow the casserole to cool.

Serve with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam.
