- Margarine - 2.5 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup

Step 1
Knead a not too stiff dough, roll it out to about 5 mm thick, and cut out circles using a glass.
Step 2
Dip one side of the circle in sugar, fold it in half with the sugar inside, dip one side again, and place on a greased parchment paper, making light cuts along the edge.
Step 3
Bake at 392°F until golden brown.
