Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 3 lbs
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Cream - 10 fl oz
- Margarine - 10.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the room temperature margarine with the flour.
Step 2
Then add 150 g of powdered sugar, baking powder, 2 eggs, and knead the dough.
Step 3
Roll out the prepared dough into a sheet and transfer it to a baking pan.
Step 4
Add 250 g of powdered sugar to the cottage cheese and beat for 5 minutes with a mixer.
Step 5
Then add 2 eggs to the cottage cheese mixture and continue to beat.
Step 6
Turning off the mixer, add the cream and stir with a spoon.
Step 7
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dough.
Step 8
Place in an oven preheated to 356°F for 20–25 minutes.
Step 9
Cool the baked pie, cut into portions, decorate with cream, and garnish with fruits.
