Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 12 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vanillin - 1 tablespoon
- Semolina - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add semolina to the cold milk and stir.
Step 2
Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes or less). Let it cool (the mixture will thicken significantly after cooling — this is normal).
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks with 100 g of sugar and pour them into the cottage cheese, adding vanilla. Whip with a mixer.
Step 4
Add the cooled semolina mixture and beat with a mixer.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites with the remaining 50 g of sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Mix well.
Step 6
Place in a greased baking dish.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F until golden brown. Allow to cool.
