Description

Add milk and sugar to taste. The thinner the batter for the casserole, the more tender it will be. Those on a diet should remember that the low-fat version is less tender and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 10% cream - 3 fl oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt - a pinch
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 4.2 oz
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder - 5 teaspoons
  • Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Semolina - 3 tablespoons
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar in a mixer until white foam forms. Whip the whites with half of the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Whip the cream with vanilla and the remaining powdered sugar until peaks form.

Step 3

Add the cottage cheese (4 packs) of any fat content to the yolks and mix until smooth, then pour in the milk and mix again.

Step 4

Add the semolina, zest, raisins (previously washed and dried), and baking powder.

Step 5

Gently fold in the whipped cream and whipped egg whites alternately using a plastic or wooden spatula.

Step 6

Place in a preheated oven at 320°F and bake for 30–40 minutes until golden brown.

Step 7

Serve with sour cream, berries, syrups, dried fruits, or nuts.
