Description
In the apple and pear season, I add 3 finely chopped apples and 2 pears, previously heated in a skillet for 5 minutes, to my cake. Then I add 2.5 tablespoons of honey and 50 grams of chopped almonds. I pour this into the prepared batter. I mix it, pour it into a mold, and place it in the oven. It turns out to be an incredibly tender cake. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs (3 pieces) with sugar (200 g) and vanilla sugar (1 tablespoon).
Step 2
Pour in the kefir (240 ml), melted butter (100 g), and mix.
Step 3
Add the flour (240 g) mixed with baking powder (2 teaspoons). Knead a liquid batter.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a greased mold and level it out.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven. Bake for about 50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Step 6
Remove from the mold. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with tea.
