- Psyllium - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Pumpkin - 1.8 oz

Combine eggs and almond flour in a deep bowl.

Add psyllium and kefir.
Step 3
Add baking powder and salt.
Step 4
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
