- Marshmallow - 6 pieces
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
- Condensed Milk - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Kiwi - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the marshmallows and cream in a blender until a smooth, creamy mixture is achieved.
Step 2
Layer the resulting cream as the first layer in a dessert glass, leaving space for the subsequent layers (it is advisable to choose a deeper, glass dish without patterns to achieve the effect of a beautiful picture, as the two delicate creams envelop the kiwi).
Step 3
Peel the kiwi. Cut into cubes. Layer as the second layer.
Step 4
Beat the butter and condensed milk with a mixer. This will create a cream that is thicker than the previous one. Use it to cover the kiwi, thus completing the dessert.
Step 5
Leave in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve chilled.
