Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Black tea - 3 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Jam - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Poppy seed paste - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a container about 8–10 cm deep, add tea, eggs, oil, baking soda, flour, sugar, jam, and poppy seeds (to taste), and mix with a mixer (you can do it by hand, but a mixer will be faster).
Step 2
Take molds (any will do), preferably small or special muffin molds, fill them a little over half with batter, as the batter will rise. Place in the oven at 392°F for about 10–15 minutes.
