- Sugar - 2 cups

- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Milk - 17 fl oz

Step 1
Cream the sugar with the butter until smooth. Gradually add the eggs while beating with a mixer. First add the baking soda, then the flour.

Grease a baking sheet with butter and pour in the batter. Bake at 356°F until golden brown.
Step 3
After baking, cut out medium circles. Crumble the remaining batter.
Step 4
Then prepare the custard by mixing 3 eggs, 500 ml of milk, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Whisk everything until thick and smooth. Then place on the heat and bring to a boil — the custard should thicken, then cool, add 200 g of butter, and whisk.
Step 5
Dip each circle in the custard and then roll in the crumbs.
