Description

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Onion - 1.4 oz
  • Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Allspice - to taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Step 2

Place in a deep bowl. Add the butter to the potatoes and mix.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 4

Add the onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.

Step 5

Mix vigorously and gradually pour in the milk and add the flour. The mixture should be smooth without lumps.

Step 6

Spray oil on a hot skillet (or brush it on) and place the pancakes. If the mixture is too runny, you can use a spoon or a small ladle to scoop them; if it is thick, you can shape thick pancakes by hand.
