Tender Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Apple - 5 pieces
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter and 0.5 cups of sugar, add 0.5 cups of sour cream and baking soda.
Step 2
Add the flour and knead a soft dough.
Step 3
Grease the baking pan with butter.
Step 4
Spread the dough on the bottom of the greased pan (preferably a springform pan), forming small edges.
Step 5
Peel the apples and cut them into random pieces.
Step 6
For the filling: beat the egg with 0.5 cups of sugar, add 0.5 cups of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir to avoid lumps.
Step 7
If desired, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
Step 8
Bake at 338°F for 35–40 minutes.
Step 9
Cool down.
