Ingredients
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Puff Pastry - 5 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 1 stalk
- Feta cheese - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the feta cheese in water to remove the saltiness.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, beat the egg yolks. Gradually pour in the warm milk while stirring well.
Step 3
Cut the pastry sheets to fit the size of the baking tray. Grease with butter and lay out one sheet.
Step 4
Pour the milk sauce over it, then layer the pastry and sauce. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces or grate it and spread it over the pastry.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the finished pie into square pieces. Serve hot.
