  • Ground Oats - 3.5 oz
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 4 fl oz

Turn on the waffle maker, while grinding the oats and nuts into flour using a blender or meat grinder (it's better to do this twice).

Step 2

Add salt, the egg, and water to the resulting flour, and let it sit while, for example, you boil the kettle or brew coffee.

Step 3

That's it, you can start cooking according to your device's instructions. From the basic proportion with one cup of oats, you will get 3–4 medium waffles.

Step 4

Serve the finished waffles warm with yogurts, syrups, fruits, or jam.
