- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Buckwheat Groats - 1.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm the milk, add the yolks, salt, sugar, buckwheat flour, and wheat flour. Mix very well until a smooth batter without lumps is obtained.
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well again, and if possible, let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Add the egg whites, mix well again, and you can start cooking.
