Ingredients
- Chestnut flour - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Large eggs - 2 pieces
- Orange Syrup - 1 jar
- Ricotta cheese - 16.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, and half of the milk. Then add the remaining milk, mix again, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place the ricotta in a bowl and add half of the honey. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat a crepe pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Pour about 30 ml of batter and spread it across the surface to form a thin crepe. Cook for about 1 minute until golden, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding oil as needed.
Step 4
On each crepe, place 30 g of ricotta, fold in half, and place on plates. Drizzle with honey on top and serve warm.
