Description
Makes about 20 pancakes.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the eggs and whisk them well.
Step 2
Add the flour and mix thoroughly. The mixture will become very thick, and most importantly, it should be free of lumps.
Step 3
Gradually pour in the milk and mix. The thinner the batter, the more milk you can add at once. This step-by-step mixing method helps to avoid worrying about potential lumps, which is particularly important when a mixer is not available.
Step 4
Now add salt and sugar.
Step 5
When the skillet is sufficiently heated (it should not be too hot; in my case, it's at a temperature between the maximum possible and medium for the stove), add the oil to the batter, mix well, and start frying the pancakes.
Step 6
On one side of the skillet, pour a little batter and quickly tilt the pan to evenly spread the batter across the surface, creating a round and thin pancake. Wait for about 15-20 seconds until the bottom is set and the edges are golden brown, then flip the pancake; the other side will cook even faster.
