Ingredients
- 33% Cream - 17 fl oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 0.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Break the egg into a bowl, add salt and vanillin.
Step 3
Whisk for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Add sugar.
Step 5
Whisk until stiff peaks form.
Step 6
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Step 7
Fold with a spatula.
Step 8
Pour into a 16 cm diameter mold.
Step 9
Bake the sponge cake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 10 minutes.

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Wrap the 16 cm diameter ring with plastic wrap.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

In a saucepan, combine white chocolate, soaked gelatin (28 g), and milk (50 ml).

Heat until homogeneous.

Pour the melted white chocolate mixture into a portion of the whipped cream (165 g).

Pour into the ring and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

In the same way, combine milk chocolate, soaked gelatin (28 g), and milk (50 ml) in a saucepan.

Combine the cream (165 ml) with the milk chocolate mixture.

Pour over the white layer and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Similarly, make a layer with dark chocolate and pour it on top.

Place the cooled sponge cake and leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Remove from the mold.
